Submit a request
This area is for existing clients — site maintenance, fixes, small content changes, graphics for an ongoing job. New business enquiries — please use Contact.
- 1 Project — domain or job name so we know what it’s about.
- 2 Description — what should change, where on the site, ideally with a URL. For bugs you can attach a screenshot (PNG/JPEG/WebP) or PDF — with the upload proxy, files are virus-scanned.
- 3 Priority — standard maintenance schedule, or time-sensitive (urgent).
New ticket
After submission we’ll confirm receipt. We usually respond within 1 business day.
Ticket attachments require the upload proxy — without PUBLIC_PB_TICKET_PROXY_URL you can only submit without a file.

No need to open PocketBase admin. Client login shows only their own requests.
